Periodic Activity and Management Reports
- Internal project management:
- Regular meetings will be held between all partners for the technical co-ordination of project activities and monitoring of progress
- The overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the project;
- updating and managing the consortium agreement between the participants
- Co-ordination of knowledge management and other innovation-related activities
- Overseeing the promotion of gender equality in the project
- Overseeing possible collaboration with other projects and science and society issues, related to the research activities conducted within the Project
- Obtaining audit certificates (as and when required) from each of the participants;
- Active monitoring of the WPs to guarantee a coordinate effort of all the project resources and to ensure the technical objectives of the proposal are satisfied.
- Regular assessment of all partners in PMB meetings. Continuous monitoring of each workpackage by lead contractor. Report on workpackage progress in PCC meetings.
- Definition and monitoring of the necessary mechanisms to achieve the envisioned objectives in case of unexpected project progress.
- To promptly detect unexpected technical problems of the project to activate the appropriate healing mechanisms.
- When needed, to agree with all the partners the healing procedure to be followed to minimize the impact of the unexpected problems on the project results.
Liaisons:
The project will attend the regular concertation meetings and pertinent clusters, to establish links with other projects. |
